1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and xabjee ("xabjee", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://xabjee.onl and all associated mobile interfaces and subdomains (collectively the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any page of the Platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the xabjee service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account.

xabjee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users by email or by an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain an account with xabjee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• 2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age. Documentary proof of age (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) may be requested at any time as part of xabjee's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• 2.2 You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate accounts, entities, trusts, or persons acting on behalf of a third party are not permitted to register.
• 2.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• 2.4 You must not be a previously self-excluded user of xabjee or any affiliated platform. If a self-exclusion period is active on your account, you are not eligible to register a new account during that period.
• 2.5 You must hold only one (1) account with xabjee. Duplicate or multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.
• 2.6 You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not expressly prohibited. xabjee does not accept registrations from persons residing in jurisdictions where accessing the Platform would violate local law. It is solely your responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your location before registering.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xabjee login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• 3.1 You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. xabjee accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.
• 3.2 You must notify xabjee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been compromised, accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been disclosed to any third party.
• 3.3 xabjee employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform and applies industry-standard security protocols to protect stored account data. However, xabjee cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for breaches arising from causes beyond our reasonable control.
• 3.4 xabjee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account if unusual activity is detected, pending a security review. Where possible, we will contact the registered email address before taking such action.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

xabjee supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

xabjee offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• 5.1 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on xabjee bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• 5.2 Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, email address, phone number, or payment method. xabjee reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where abuse is detected.
• 5.3 xabjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Once a bonus has been credited to an account, the terms in place at the time of crediting will apply to that specific bonus.
• 5.4 Bonus funds and free bet credits cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn directly. Only winnings that exceed the stated wagering requirement threshold may be withdrawn.
• 5.5 Any attempt to exploit bonus systems through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other strategies deemed by xabjee to be abusive will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All sports betting markets and casino games on the xabjee Platform are governed by the rules of the relevant game or market as published within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products.

7. Responsible Gaming

xabjee is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a suite of tools within every registered account to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options.

• 7.1 Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time via their account settings panel. A reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately. An increase in deposit limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• 7.2 Players who wish to take a temporary break from gambling may apply a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• 7.3 Players who wish to permanently stop gambling on the Platform may apply for self-exclusion at any time. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours and will remain in force for a minimum of six months. During self-exclusion, xabjee will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening a new account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the xabjee Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of xabjee or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any xabjee content without prior written permission from xabjee. Automated access to the Platform, including scraping, crawling, or systematic data extraction, is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xabjee, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• 9.1 Loss of funds as a result of gambling outcomes, which are by nature uncertain and subject to chance.
• 9.2 Service interruptions, Platform downtime, or technical errors beyond xabjee's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party server outages, or force majeure events.
• 9.3 Errors in odds, game outcomes, or market settlements caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, where xabjee has acted in good faith. xabjee reserves the right to void bets and correct settlement errors in such circumstances.
• 9.4 Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits xabjee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Account Termination

xabjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if xabjee determines in its sole discretion that:

• 10.1 The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• 10.2 The account holder has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• 10.3 Suspicious financial activity, money laundering, or fraud is associated with the account.
• 10.4 The account holder has engaged in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of dishonest conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• 10.5 The account holder is found to be under the age of 21 at any point during their use of the Platform.

Upon account closure initiated by xabjee for cause, any balance held in the account may be forfeited to xabjee in full. Upon voluntary closure initiated by the player in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the xabjee Platform, xabjee's customer support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally in the first instance. You may contact us at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint and the outcome you are seeking.

xabjee aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through the informal process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before pursuing any other legal remedy. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
